A new commercial brand run by people who have been doing this for years
Valora Vertex Group is a commercial general contractor in Greenville. Here is what that actually means, including the parts we have not built yet.
The brand is new. The crews are not.
Valora Vertex Group was formed to do one thing: commercial construction in Upstate South Carolina, with the finish trades kept in house. The company name is new. The people running the work have spent years building interiors in this market.
We say that plainly because the alternative is worse. Contractors that imply a longer history than they have get found out on the first project, usually at the worst moment. What you can verify is the team, the crews, the insurance and the work — ask for any of it.
What we are not: a residential remodeler adding a commercial line. Commercial is the whole business. Retail, office and restaurant, and the buildings that hold them.

How we operate
- We build, we do not only coordinate. Demo, framing, drywall, paint, flooring and millwork are our own crews. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection are licensed partners we manage directly.
- We report without being asked. Photo reporting by site, and a call when something changes — including when the news is bad.
- We stay in our scope. No ground-up construction, no design-build, no medical interiors, no residential. If you need one of those, we will say so.
- We do not compete on being cheapest. We compete on holding the date and not handing you off mid-project.
What we are still building
Being honest about this is part of the pitch, not a footnote to it.
Multi-site rollout capacity
We execute single-site and regional work today. We are building toward multi-site retail rollout and will describe that capacity by what it actually is, not by where we want it to go.
